Minor Update

I've made a few minor updates to the character sheet:

-- Base Traits and Bonus Traits now have their own fields in the Edit Character popup.
-- Changed Power point icon to a star, to help reinforce the idea that it counts as a star in addition to activating a special power or stunt.
-- Minor graphic updates and faster Trait tooltip
-- Staying in line with the storytelling style of roleplaying, Wealth was removed. It was originally meant to be an abstract system that was also a secondary score, but it ended up confusing a lot of people, especially since there is no list of things to buy. And there is no list of things to buy because shopping is really time-consuming.

I have to say, I really like how the wealth was removed. I would love to see it come back up if an inventory system was added but as of now it's a good decision.
