Double Quotes Aren't Treated Right In Table Info

When editing the information for a table, I have found that double quotes do not get displayed as they should. In the actual text box, they show up as they should (You would type: "A quote" and see ' "A quote" ' on the screen). However, after saving the information, the HTML doesn't show up as expected, and we end up with ' "A quote" '; in other words, the HTML escape for the quotes shows up literally instead of being turned into quotation marks.

Note that single-quotes work just fine, and I'm currently working around the problem by using two of them ''like this.''
