A friends account

my friend ranger forgot his password and is now locked out of his account. He tried the forgot password link but it didn't work. He also tried emailing your support email, but he got no reply. He asked me to contact you guys so you can help him. Please help... I can message you his email if needed. His username is ranger

Sorry, but there's not much that can be done about this.

Tell your friend to create a new account - as Ranger wasn't banned or anything like that, an alt can be allowed on this occasion.

He did ask that you would remove his account of 'ranger' due to the fact that he doesn't want to make a new email just for this one account. He would like to re-use his old email. Is that possible?
