Brings Up Character Sheet While In Chat

It was observed that whilst in chat mode, if the user pressed ' for any reason, including general punctuation, the character sheet would become available.

Actual Result:
The Function of the ' button during chat brings up the Character Sheet.

Expected Result:
During use of the chat function ' should not be accessible until after the user has left the chat box to allow for proper punctuation.

Steps to Repro:
1. Go into a "Table".
2. On the right hand side of the screen, select "Chat".
3. Scroll down the screen until the "Chat Input" box is displayed, begin typiing text into the box.
4. Observe that when the user enters ' at any point, the character sheet is displayed.

Additional Notes:
This issue may have been fixed since yesterday evening (UK time 11Pm).
Currently running Chrome.
My browser version is: (do not change)

Sorry, this bug is a dupe, i am really not awake, one of the guys before me has mentioned this in regards to firefox and something else i believe.

Well, since this has come up a couple of times, and it's hard for me to reproduce, maybe I'll just change the character sheet shortcut.

My own observation is that the key " ' ", which shifts to produce the character " " ", works as intended in punctuation, while the key " ` ", which shifts to produce " ~ ", not usually used in punctuation, pulls up the character sheet. Both work while entering text, " ` " not producing a character. I am using a standard QWERTY keyboard with Google Chrome.

Ok, I just changed the shortcut to Ctrl-?, which will hopefully not have any conflicts. Thanks!
