Cannot Load Saved Character Into Table

While testing out my husband's table for him we've found /i cannot re-load in with my character /iv was using before. We both refreshed the page while testing things out, and then I found my only option was 'new character'.
My browser version is: (do not change)

Each character is limited to the table it was created on. If you want to use the same character elsewhere, you can just create a new one and edit it to have the same traits, etc.

It was on the same table; my husband's. I refreshed the page only; I did not move tables. It apears if one does not exit and one refreshes the page, oen risks being 'logged out' so to speak and unable to access the character again, though the name stays reserved and it still apears on the profile page. I made a new character and exited using the in-table exit and that one can now be loaded. The other still cannot.

and the character came back after a client disconnect.
