How active are you guys?

So, i just wanted to ask: How often and when do you play or just scroll forums here? I really really like the idea of Fabletop and it makes me sad to see the active community so small and silent.

Hi nitka, the site is still sort of in development mode, so I haven't been promoting it actively, so that's why there probably isn't much activity. For now, I would recommend following the Twitter feed and any GMs who have posted on the front page.

I'm on when I'm on.

I'm not on everyday because I'm still developing story lines for my Roleplays.

I'm on when I can get something rolling. Though the "house rules" I implement are still "Under Construction". So i'm not that active. But there are other GMs who are very active.

In the meantime, I was wondering if I can ask every GM who is on this site if I can post their game on roll20.net. Everytime I post a game on roll20.net, I always end up with 5-10 interested players just within the first day. The people on Roll20 would see the link and be enticed to come join fabletop. Roll20 is cool about people posting games that get played somewhere else. They're as much a social network for gamers as they are a website for gamers to play. In fact, I first learned about Fabletop through roll20. So let me know if you're okay with this.

I'm not sure how else I'll promote this website, but if I come up with any other ideas, I'll let you know.

Thanks for wanting to help promote the site. I'm a little concerned that what you're saying is taking advantage of their system. They might be fine with individual GM's posting Fabletop games, but I'm not sure I'd want to encourage a coordinated, systematic effort to do that. Unless they've said very clearly that they are open to this kind of thing, I would rather us be good neighbors to the other sites out there and not do anything that seems spammy.

I try to get on atleast once a day, but I've only ever been able to play once since joining (only 3 days ago) because of my work schedule. Seeing as I get off around 11 p.m. central time. Its late so I understand why no one is on. It would be nice to get some other late players on here tho.
