I played this dark side game once, and the GM forced a GMPC party leader on us. He was a Lich King. Yeah. Anyways, I made a funny "What I made what the players saw" meme.

I made a game that was entirely made on improvising and the player's choises changed the game
lets say it went to crap fast (they attacked the main npc)

It seems like your GM tries to steal the spotlight, but what's the point if you already know everything there is to know?
I will never understand GMPCs.
