The year is 1976, a year quite distant in the past from us, in a town known as Georg Town in North Western Washington. This coastal town, being the product of German explorer Georg Dresdner's ambitious bouts, sits right on the coast and borders a mountain. Throughout the times, this town has been best known for its logging, fishing, and mining, and still is to this day. You, the player, are a citizen of this town: a mailman, a grocer, an average person of mostly normal talent who has been swept up into something beyond their control and capability. You are the extraordinary circumstance. You see, the elders here in Georg Town feel things stirring in the air and the woods almost seem to be following you as you near the edge of the town. Something is not right.

I'm looking for a closed party of four that'd be typically open on Fridays. If you are interested, please leave your character idea in the replies. The format I would like would be:

Name: William Hiden
Age: 31
Backstory: Born in a small log cabin, up in the mountains near Georg Town. His father was a fur trapper and mountain man, who had brought his wife up to his Huntington cabin with him. From a young age, William learned to hunt and survive in the wild. He became well traveled and knowledgeable, staying in the mountains for a season, traveling to the surrroubding states selling his wares to merchants, and spending winter in Georg Town.
Appearance: He is about 5'11", and stocky. With a hardened, scar covered face and a scruffy brown beard that he trims with his own knife. He has long shaggy brown hair.

== [ April Jones ] ==

Age: 18. Born December 21st, 1957

Backstory: "GEORG TOWN - FIND ME" was all the note said. It was as if April's best friend in the world, Juniper "June" Bell, had dropped off the face of the earth; a hastily-written note the only trace. Desperate to find her, April quickly packed a bag and drove North from Portland, Oregon. Five miles outside of Georg Town on a road flanked by forests, April saw her. Screeching to a halt and grabbing her backpack, she abandoned the truck and ran to where she saw June, but she was gone. For hours, April searched deep into the forest, even seeing her in the distance several times but when April caught up, June had vanished. Lost, cold, tired, and confused, she lit a flare at the highest point she could reach and an hour later she was found by a pair of Sheriff's Deputies. After a few hours sleep, and refusing to leave Georg Town until she finds her best friend, April now sits in the Sheriff's station with one thought in her mind: "Where the Hell is Juniper Bell?!"

== Miles Stuart ==
Age: 23
Backstory: Georg Town, WA - An old timey bar for old timey people, the little town boasts a single pub for the hardworking folk to gather at the end of the day to share a cold one over some tunes. Over on the corner rests a piano, the piano, where Miles cheers up the night for a free pint or two and where he discovered his talent for music and showmanship.
Recently, however, the young pianist hasn't been seen or heard of at the bar and in town rumors about his so called "accident" not being the cause of his bruises are circulating. Not that Miles cares, he greatly prefers the townsfolk' speculation to the truth...

== Anastasia Melody ==
Age: 20
Backstory: Georg Town, WA: A girl of strong charisma, she was raised as a single child by a doting mother who was quite pretty and a father who travelled abroad along the railways earning money to send back to his wife and daughter by wire. Her mother gave her a basic education, beyond that she taught her singing, dancing, and how to read a situation when it came to the mood of others. Using this third extra lesson, she was quite liked in town, able to pick up someone down in the dumps and able to lift someone's spirit (in several ways for both men and women). Her work was often a dancer, singer, and once in a while a chatting buddy to sit down with and keep you company. Not much of a drinker, her company didn't involve miners that had downed a few too many imbibing themselves. During her down time she tends to her cat with orange splotches she named Honey.
With the more recent stirrings in town, her ears and eyes far more alert than usual, unsure whether this will affect her and those she cares very much about.
