Password Reset nonfunctional

This is the third account I have used on this website due to the fact that in my previous two accounts I have forgotten my passwords and then proceeded to try and use the password reset only for no email to arrive, it has been months since I first tried and my most recent attempt was on Saturday the 9th, all of them equally successful.
