Ruins of Ankari

Roughly a long time ago two interstellar empires went to war, it was long, drawn out and devastating war. One of the empires discovered a a lush world inhabited by beings capable of using a strange force that could only be called magic. One way or another the other empire found out, and determined to not let the potentially war changing discovery stay in enemy hands, they attacked. At that time both the empires were exhausted, but they sent everything into the battle they could.

For days the sky above the planet light up in a constant glow as ships aimed to destroy each other. In the end the last two ships in orbit fell as one rammed the other, and sent the pair spiraling down, crashing into the planet. Even as the battle in the skies diminished, ground troops continued to fight until death, for mercy had long ceased to exist.

The fighting on the ground was even more bloody than what had happened in orbit. For an unnumbered amount of years people fought, forgetting why they fought or for what they fought, just simply fought. The downed space ships were turned into city-fortresses, and each day fewer aircraft buzzed about until nearly none did.

The some of the second generation of planet born people, began showing signs of odd abilities, they were relatively weak, but very useful. These people were called various things, partially because there were two languages, and partially because many of the survivors had splintered into their own little fractions.

By the tenth generation, the old empires turned into myth, forgotten. It's common knowledge that people once flew in the skies until the enemy destroyed their flying cities, sending them crashing to the ground, but they can't remember who the enemy was. Over time ships have started breaking down even more and here and there they stop working, and occasionally blow up.

==That be the end of the intro, now the other need to know stuff.==

Fist off, while there's futuristic technology, most things have fallen back to middle ages level. There are and will be energy guns, but those have a limited supply of power, and once you run out of charges, the only way you're firing them again is if you find a corresponding power pack, or you power it off a city's power.

The city-ships are all unique and are in any condition from being barely scratched and still being able to activate their shields, to being drained of their power, to half destroyed and lacking power. Most dead city-ships lack a population due to the fact that the city ships are the only source of universally consumable food, some even reserving all their power for food production.

Magic is a potential byproduct of being on the planet, and it affects nearly everything, though it takes time. Magic is more of a altering force, changing and balancing things out. Affecting a person's physical limit, or giving them unique abilities which is most commonly just called magic.

For CC
- Two custom traits, one racial (no humans and please avoid standard fantasy races), and one being their starting magic trait (doesn't have to be actually magic, could be speed, strength, etc. enhancement)
- In the description, at least a brief overlook would be appreciated, (full name, age, gender, short appearance description)
- In the notes stick in an inventory, you may put in whatever you think would be suiting. you do not get to start with any ancient technologies, and you start with 2 + /roll food 5 (skull means you've got none, moon means twice as much).

Extra notes:
Water's easy enough to find you don't need to worry about that. you may play as a robot, but you still will have been affected by the magic, and won't remember anything up till recently.

You may have a weapon (one handed or light) and or a piece of armor (simple/light armor) for your starting gear (+1 def or attack rolls) as long as it would make sense for your character build. Additionally there will be limits so a 1 or 2 toughness person isn't wielding a claymore.

Supplies & Weapons
Supplies are pretty necessary for continued operation and survival, and weapons are an obvious.

==Supplies==

- Food
This is the only way you get your power replenished, if that goes under, you risk fatigue. Food is sold anywhere

- Teishi power pack
Ammo corresponding to some of the Ancient Weapons.

- Kratak energy cell
Ammo corresponding to some of the Ancient Weapons.

==Weapons==

- Melee Weapon
Choose what you want, that's all fluff, you might get a artifact while scrounging about.

- Bow
Same with melee weapon, however you have to keep track of arrows.

- Phiku Beamer
Take a TPP and can get around 40 shots out of one pack. This penetrating weapon reduces the block roll by -2 and has a 1/9 chance of permanently reducing the target's armor by 1.

- Pulse Cannon
Takes a TPP and requires three or better strength to wield, this weapon will hit with a AoE of 1 at -2 dmg.
