The Truth: Intros and Outros

=== Intro 1: Clair de Lune ===
The date is 1/22/2016, and Edmond Sirius has just been brought in to the CDC. Edmund Sirius: Supposed patient 0. The CDC is cold this night, the moonlight shining down through the window in Dr. Sarah Brinehart's office. Edmond is taken into Sarah's office, Edmond looking mostly fine. Sarah said, "Welcome home, Dr. Sirius." and smiled. Edmond looked up and said, "Vous savez, le clair de lune est très beau ce soir, Dr. Brinehart." The translation of that sentence is: You know, the moonlight is quite beautiful tonight, Dr. Brinehart.

=== Outro 1: Maybe I'm the One Who's a Psycho ===
The date is 1/23/2016, exactly a day since they brought in Edmond Sirius. The light from the sun is shining through the ceiling, burning Edmond's skin a small bit, due to his large amount of time spent under it. Edmond is chained up to the ceiling, standing and watching the door as Dr. Brinehart enters the room. Sarah said, "I hope you're enjoying the sun, Edmond, you'll be spending a lot of your time here." "Better than in the moonlight with you, Sarah," Edmond replied, then laughed. Sarah smiles then asks Edmond, "You have some interesting tricks, Dr. Sirius. Maybe you can tell me about them?" She drags a chair near Edmond, still smiling. Edmond smiles then says, "I'm beginning to wonder which one of us is the psycho. Maybe I'm the one who's a psycho."

=== Intro 2: Damn. He's Late ===
The date is 1/12/2016. It's a dark night in San Francisco, the streetlights flickering. Two men are conversing, sitting on a balcony and watching the cars go by. The first one says, "Damn. He's late." The second one says, "Give him a few more minutes. You know how hard the work he has to do is." After that sentence, a man in a masquerade mask walks behind the two men. This man in the masquerade mask says, "You know, the shadows hold darker things than the two of you." Then the two men's skin start to bubble, and they begin to cough up blood. By then, the man in the masquerade mask is long gone.

=== Outro 2: The City of Angels ===
The date is 12/25/2015. The rain is falling as a man in a masquerade mask is stepping down a alley. The smog from the city is in the air, causing coughing from several citizens. The man in the masquerade mask looks up at the smog and smiles. He says to himself, "It's good to be back home in the city of angels."

=== Intro 3: Dear, President Everance ===
The date is 10/12/2015. It is a rainy and cold day in The People's Republic of Maine, even more so for President Everance. The electricity has been cut off and the rain is hitting the windows, making pounding noises. The president picks a letter up off of his desk, it's a letter from his daughter in Georgia. He opens it, hoping it would say something grand, but instead he inhales a poison that was placed inside the letter.

=== Outro 3: It Is Done ===
The date is 10/12/2014. The rain is falling heavily today, and Sarah can see it all out the window in her office. Her phone rings as she's looking over some recent cases of the most popular illness and she takes it out. It comes from an unknown number. Sarah answers it to get the cold words of, "It is done." Sarah replies, "Good. This will make the next move much easier" Sarah hangs up and turns to the raining day in Atlanta, smiling.

=== Intro 4: Broken Hearts ===
The date is 5/2/2015. It's a warm day in DC. The birds singing, cars going slowly down the street. But everything isn't well in the FBI headquarters. A heart has just been left on the director's desk. The heart has stitching all over it, and a note is taped to it. The note says, "Broken hearts can be mended."

=== Outro 4: Love is Forever ===
The date is 1/2/2015. The day is cold in Chicago, Illinois, the snow falling down on the buildings. A detective, Aaron Vincent, has just been called to a crime scene, the worst kind, the kind the Feds are involved in. Aaron exits the vehicle and steps down into the subway, instantly gagging from the scene. A heart is hanging from the lights, it being stitched together, and a body has been put in concrete, positioned so that it looks like it's holding it, like it's a higher power.

=== Intro 5: Do You Love Me ===
The date is 1/3/2015. The night is cold, and it's snowing gently on Detective Vincent. It's a day after the first investigation of the Broken Heart Killing, and it's become even worse. The public has begun to panic about it, causing more minor crimes throughout the city, and this is the only day that Aaron is going to have off in weeks. Aaron, looking around at the stores, sees some strange graffiti. The graffiti is just a creative way to write, "Do you love me?"

=== Outro 5: Aaron's Moonlit Trail ===
The date is 1/3/2015. The night continues for Detective Aaron Vincent, the snow falling harder on the city, and leaving a trail behind Aaron as he walks. Aaron looks up at a building, a office building, to see a man hanging from it. On the side of the building written in bubble letters is, "No... You don't love me."

=== Intro 6: L'amour est un mot puissant. ===
The date is 12/16/2014. The snow is falling softly this Chicago afternoon, resting on everything in sight. A man and woman are sitting across from each other, not knowing each other well. The woman says, "I think I love you," after only a few minutes of sitting at the table. The man replies, "L'amour est un mot puissant."

=== Outro 6: The Preparations ===
The date is 12/16/2014. The snow is falling more heavily at night, the shadows dancing with the snow and light from the streetlights. Masquerade, standing on a Chicago roof this cold night, watches as people walk by. He speaks to himself, "This is all coming together nicely, the preparations are almost complete."

=== Intro 7: Redemption ===
The date is 4/12/2016. A warm day in Atlanta, the people actually walking outside for a change. But something's different at the airport near Atlanta, there is a new arrival, part of the script. Detective Aaron Vincent's plane arrives at it's destination, and he quickly departs, hailing a taxi, and carrying no luggage.

=== Intro 8: The Hunt ===
The date is 4/12/2016, only a small time after Aaron Vincent's departing from the aircraft. Aaron, sitting in the back of a taxi, is asked something by the driver, "Hey. So, what brings you to Georgia?" Aaron answers, "The hunt."

=== Intro 8.5: Another one lost... ===
The date is 7/23/1968. A young doctor is treating a man at the 1968 Democratic National Convention, during the police clash. The doctor, Dr. Johnathon Sirius, fails and falls back against the car, looking up at the sky and thinking of his failure. John says to himself, "Another one lost..."

=== Episode 9: At least You Have A Purpose ===
The date is 6/17/2009. A man walks out of a store, a supermarket, and falls over, spilling his coffee on the dirty concrete in Atlanta. This man reached up to a man, this man wearing a masquerade mask. Masquerade says, "Don't worry. At least you have a purpose, following the script."
