Karmic Retribution activates upon hit, and requires at least 2 stars to proc on a roll. Returns half of the damage Dustan took to the user, for attacking such an innocent moff.
Pretty okay on experience.
I play mainly as Dustan, the space moth.. intern of Zxara Blackwing.. the captain of the Dreadnaught-- who also happens to be a moth. Together they will rule the Galaxy! Or Dustan's charisma will land a good dice roll... woo!
