General Leveling

Leveling will be like this:
10xp = 1 pp or hp
20xp = 1 pp or hp + 1 trait point
30xp = 1 pp or hp
40xp = 1 pp or hp + 1 trait point
50xp = 1 pp or hp
60xp = 1 pp or hp + 1 trait point
70xp = 1 pp or hp
80xp = 1 pp or hp + 1 trait point
90xp = 1 pp or hp
100xp = 1 pp or hp + 1 trait point

(P.S. i might add a special prestige system if enough people want it)
