My World

For my first campaign. Haventhar and Luurara are the two major continents, and they are separated by the Vrihl ocean. They are located on the planet Adreon. Haventhar is a land filled with honorable people, who are under the rule of King Cayden. Cayden is an understanding, honorable king, who keeps all of Haventhar united under him. The people gratefully return his kindness, and live peacefully. The lands of Haventhar consist of Humans,(76%) Elves of all kinds,(14%) and a variety of other races and cultures(10%). Though the elves of Haventhar are more independent, holding on to their old traditions, though they respect the King and his people. Haventhar returns the favor, respecting them and their cultures as well. The people of Haventhar gladly follow King Caydens rule, believing that he can bring Haventhar through the tests of time. Recently, Haventhars economy has faltered, since the demons attacked Luurara, trade has gone down. Beyond Haventhar lies the Vrihl ocean, which is generally safe between the two continents. But heading further north or south leads you into dangerous territory, where refugees and pirates make their homes. Beyond the Vrihl ocean lies Luurara. A land ruled by the great King Allan. Allan is a far inferior king compared to Cayden. His lands are held mostly by the large Elvish population. Elves(79%) hold most of the land, followed by humans(11%) who live in a rough unity with the elves. They clash often, but Allan very rarely shows them reality, but his words are weak, and they often clash over and over again. They usually fight over each others way of life, the elves trying to hold onto their culture, and the humans arguing over some of the barbaric rituals. The remaining population is held by Dwarves(6%), who are very secluded, and try to stay out of business with the others. They remain independent from King Allan's rule, thinking him a fool and a coward. Too afraid of his own people to lead them to greatness. The Dwarves remain their own, small country, retreating to their secret underground base of operations. Their so secretive, only trusted dwarves under known names are allowed knowledge of the location.
