A fractured world summed in chaos as the door of the abyss was opened by a mysterious being, bringing forth nothing but chaos and overwhelming dark mana that transformed magic users into demons or abyssal beings, the world was affected from the core to the atmosphere by this dark energy, dividing it, making it's continents float like sky islands while water levitated, leaving the rotten core of the world exposed for everyone to see nothing but a dark mass of thick abyssal power that drowned anything that touched it in darkness, the different kingdoms started blaming mages for this, as magic seem to be the cause of this that plagues the world, the old magic king Renan built an island isolated from the rest of the now fractured world, covering it with a magic barrier that not even the current strongest nor abyssals could break, making the only safe heaven for mages.
