Rise: Powered Academy - Combat

Combat mechanics for Rise will be listed below.

Traits and Use in Combat

Might: Used for melee combat and other things involving strength. For example, punching a dude with super strength.
Agility: Used for ranged combat and other things involving athletics and stealth. For example, running past a guy with super speed or shooting a guy with a gun.
Wisdom: Used for powered combat involving creation, elemental and psychic. For example, shooting fire from your hands or reading a person's mind.

Weapon Usage

For sake of gameplay, use of weapons on a single enemy will be 3 at the start.
A weapon adds a single star to a roll if it hits. The damage raises over time.

Power Use

As in my other games, power can be used to:
- Heal
- Do an AOE attack
- Used to add more stars onto a roll

Movement

In a turn, a grounded character can move 5 squares.
A flying character may move 7.
A super fast character may move 7.

Defence Rolls

In Rise, each character will have a superior trait. When a character is attacked, they can defend themselves with that superior trait. For example:
An Agility based character will dodge with agility + related traits.
An Might based character will block with might + related traits.
An Wisdom based character will do whatever with wisdom + related traits.
