Civilization-like scifi war game

So, simple game:

Base traits ARE NO USE

Bonus traits:
4 simple traits for your race, to specialize them and give them personality ( these may be better combat in different situations, better construction for set unit types etc.)

-Starting units:
a medium sized army, with light weaponry and light vehicles

a basic base with fast producing facilities and infinite resources

-Vehicle production:
you can make factories which improve set things, like extra range, extra damage, or extra speed

alernatively, roll 4 dice+ traits to see how the production goose
a star can be used for:
-more strengh
-more health
-more long ranged strengh
-more speed
-more armour
-special equipment (tell me what you want, and ill tell you how many stars it needs)

At start, they have 3 health, 2 strengh, 1 speed amd no armour

-Units types:

ground is basic units with nothing special, they are good against air and ground

air is also basic, they are good against ground and naval

naval is a rare one, good against air, ground, and if well equipped, orbital

orbital is an extremely useful one, good against ground and naval
