The Rise Of Empires - Heros And Cities

Your hero is your character.
Your character will have custom traits you decide, but as of this moment this section of the game is still under development.
If a hero is within a city, the city receives a +2 defending roll.
If a hero is a part of an army, the army receives a +2 attack roll.
Additionally if a hero is within your city and it is not under attack you may add +2 to any resource roll.
Heros may expand a power point to add one guaranteed star.
