Description :
Devils are beautiful little creatures who dance around Lady Luck's good and bad influence within Haru. Using her powers to fuel their own, they manipulate situations in their favor to survive the volatile world called Haru. Devils especially enjoy using this power to aid others, that is, not without getting something in return. Devils are seen as self-interested and dangerous, but thanks to their natural charm that doesn't stop them from achieving their goals.
Tier 1 :
True bolts Level 1 (Twice per scene) - Ignore block and dodge rolls made by a target when using this before attacking.
Tier 2 :
True bolts Level 2 (Thrice per scene) - Ignore block and dodge rolls made by a target when using this before attacking.
Tier 1 :
Boom boom (Static) - When using any ability bombs, your target(s) no longer get dodge rolls. If they have immunity to certain effects, they still retain their immunity.
Tier 3 :
True flame bomb (Once per scene) - Create an explosion within a 4x4 area, all creatures within take 1 star of damage. This spell can be upgraded for an additional star of damage per every two talent points spent at the same time for this ability.
Tier 2 :
Blinding bomb Level 1 (Once per scene) - Create an explosion within a 3x3 area, all creatures within become blinded.
Tier 3 :
Blinding bomb Level 2 (Once per scene) - Create an explosion within a 4x4 area, all creatures within become blinded.
Tier 1 :
Flaming bomb Level 1 (Once per scene) - Create an explosion within a 3x3 area, all creatures within become burned.
Tier 2 :
Flaming bomb Level 2 (Once per scene) - Create an explosion within a 4x4 area, all creatures within become burned.
Tier 3 :
Flaming bomb Level 3 (Once per scene) - Create an explosion within a 6x6 area, all creatures within become burned.
Tier 1 :
Shadow bomb Level 1 (Once per scene) - Create an explosion within a 3x3 area, all creatures within become bound; they can still attack, simply, stuck in place.
Tier 2 :
Shadow bomb Level 2 (Once per scene) - Create an explosion within a 4x4 area, all creatures within become bound; they can still attack, simply, stuck in place.
Tier 3 :
Shadow bomb Level 3 (Once per scene) - Create an explosion within a 6x6 area, all creatures within become bound; they can still attack, simply, stuck in place.
Tier 1 :
Domination Level 1 (Once per session) - You may cause a target to see you as no threat to themselves. They will not attack you personally unless they are struck by you or you would attempt to attack them.
Tier 2 :
Domination Level 2 (Once per session) - You may cause a target to see you as no threat to themselves, you will effectively charm them. They will not attack you or your party unless you or the party strikes them. They will be more easily persuaded to listen to what you might ask; be it questions, favors, or other similar things. They will not harm themselves.
Tier 3 :
Domination Level 3 (Once per session) - You may dominate a target. They will do whatever you ask.
Tier 2 :
Fortunate soul Level 1 (Static) - If you would roll a moon, you may collect it instead of gaining the positive outcome; to a max of 7.
Tier 3 :
Fortunate soul Level 2 (Static) - If you would roll a moon, you may collect it instead of gaining the positive outcome; to a max of 10. You may expend 10 moons to restore yourself to full hp and power. Additionally, any member who is contracted to you receives the same.
Tier 1 :
Lady luck's love (Static) - If you would roll for anything outside of combat, you may roll a luck die. If you get a moon, you may succeed on the action. You may also forgo the moon, to instead collect it if you have Fortunate soul Level 1. You may also collect skulls if you have Lady luck's favor Level 1. You are liable to negative outcomes via skulls if you roll one and do not collect it. Should this ability be abused (Rolling every three seconds for EVERYTHING), I will revoke the caster's right to use this ability.
Tier 3 :
Mine, Mine, Mine! (Static) - You may collect party member's skulls if they have signed a contract with you. Need Lady luck's favor Level 2, to gain this ability.
Tier 2 :
Give and Take (Static) - You may collect enemy skulls, negating the negative outcomes for them, but adding them to your collection. You need Reaper Level 1.
Tier 2 :
Lady luck's favor Level 1 (Static) : Skulls no longer cause negative outcomes for you.
Tier 3 :
Lady luck's favor Level 2 (Static) : Skulls no longer cause negative outcomes for you or your party who have signed a contract with you; see "Contract" below.
Tier 2 :
Reaper Level 1 (Static) - You may collect skulls and store them; up to 10. You need Lady Luck's favor Level 1, to gain this ability.
Tier 2 :
Reaper Level 2 (Static) - You may collect skulls and store them; up to 15. You may now expand 5 saved skulls to incorporate a negative effect on any roll. You need Lady Luck's favor Level 1 and Reaper Level 1, to gain this ability.
Tier 3 :
Reaper Level 3 (Static) - You may collect skulls and store them; up to 5. You may now expand 1 saved skull to incorporate a negative effect on any roll. You need Lady Luck's favor Level 1, to gain this ability. If you would have more then 5 skulls saved when you level this up, it is reduced to 5 instead.

Intimidation Level 1 (Static) - You may add +1 die to Intimidation related rolls.
Tier 2 :
Intimidation Level 2 (Static) - You may add +2 dice to Intimidation related rolls.
Tier 3 :
Intimidation Level 3 (Static) - You may add +2 dice and +1 star to Intimidation related rolls.
Tier 1 :
Charm Level 1 (Static) - You may add +1 die to charm related rolls.
Tier 2 :
Charm Level 2 (Static) - You may add +2 dice to charm related rolls.

Contract (Once per player) - Contract lets you offer special benefits to those who have made a contract with you. You may make a contract with someone and they will gain special benefits for doing such. However, you may demand life points (Max life points) or power (Max power points) in return. Taking life points or power reduces the target's total hp or power while adding it to your own. You must take a minimum of 2 hp or 2 power, anything higher is up to you.
Tier 3 :
Tinkerer (Once per session) - You may now pick two bomb abilities and combine their effects. Both abilities being combined MUST be the highest level for that ability. Additionally the range for the bombs used with this ability is reduced to a 4x4 area. You may still use the bomb abilities on their own even if you use this ability.
