At start both dungeon makers and dungeon explorers are the same strenght, its only deus ex machina that makes the makers be stronger.

Though, makers level twice as fast!

first session bonus: +1 trait
20: +1 stat
40: +1 stat
60: +1 trait
80: +1 stat
100: +1 trait

Makers:
first session bonus: +1 trait
10: +1 stat
20: +1 stat
30: +1 trait
40: +1 stat
50: +1 stat, +1 trait
60: +1 trait
70: +1 stat
80: +1 trait, +1 stat
90: +1 stat
100: +1 trait, + 1 stat
