Owner: I need a decently active player for this role
Sub-owner: Still rather active, but not that active
Lead-keeper: Basically the tavern keeper, but with a cooler name and a slightly greater rank
Head guard: One who can order people around and hire mercenaries/adventurers
Quest head: A person responsible for finding quests and giving them out to adventurers, for that small extra profit
Mediocre jobs: These are the jobs which people who only play a game once can play freely, as they are easy to handle and not of importance
This includes regular tavern keepers, maids, guards, quest-givers
Useless NPC workers may be created to prevent too small amount of people
