Enemy uses base movement.
Planes:
Free movement
Movement outside of combat is free (of course).
Base Trait
Might: X - Armour, load bearing, artillery
Agility: Y - Movement, evasion, torpedo
Wisdom: Z - Perception, air power, anti air
Combat
Players start first, then enemy.
Movement, followed by attack/other actions
