I really like noire games and i really love rpg's in general.
i really want to tell a story from a Call of Chtulhu like campaign
i was a private detective and in the squad there were: a policeman, a kung fu teacher, a fitness trainer, an ex-soldier and a gangster.
So the thing that we found a cult inside an old cathedral so we went there to investigate, before the raid the kung fu guy and the fitness trainer wanted some weapons (by the way the soldier ad a gun himself) me and the policeman couldn't give anything to them but the gangster gave them some shotguns and we couldn't do %#@& about that.
we went there like a fricking army with lots of gansters and armored vehicles , we busted in there and it was empty, me and the rest of the squad went in a corridor with three doors and some stairs, we entered the first room and there were cultist doing a ritual, we weren't fast enough and they summoned an Abomination that killed the cultist afterwards. At that point we tried to fight but it was too resilient, we ran away and… cultist! they were waiting us and we couldn't do anything because behind us there was an semi-immortal monster and in front of us a group of cultist armed and ready.
